I have to say, a two-player lewd game is not something most people can actually play. I don't know how you'd do this, but I'd love to play a single player version.
The game can be completed solo using both hands, but I could make a one hand version where you can switch the main character by pressing a button and your partner follows you behind.

If you are running an older version of windows like windows 7 that may be the problem.

I agree, I wish they made it compatible, but there's nothing I can do sadly.
